Battlefront 2 Won´t launch (Purchased via Steam)

I bought this game probably over a year ago and it worked fine then I played for a bit got mods and that worked too but then added more mods and the game never opened again I have removed all mods, uninstalled and reinstalled the game a few times as well with EA launcher, I also cleared EA caches and googled multiple solutions and none worked. What happens is when I click play whether if I do on Steam or EA, the EA launcher just says ''launching game'' then EA closes and reopens the game never opens I don't even get an error message I contacted EA customer support like 3 times and it didn't help at all. I would really like a solution to this since I bought this game a while back and could barley play it.
