Battlefront II broken after using Gamepass

I bought Battlefront II on Epic Games during the summer sale and about a month later, I bought Xbox Gamepass. After 2 months I cancelled it but now my battlefront two wont work? I tried uninstalling and resetting cache, everything under the sun. Nothing works. I have receipts I bought it and I was wondering if anyone else has the same issues as I do.

    There should be an option to chat at that link I provided. Use that.

    Have same problem on PC I own the add one but can’t download game. Says go to game hub unable to buy it either

    Chances are your account needs to get sorted by EA support. Sorry to say, no one in this user forum will be able to do that for you.
