Bug: Darth Vader Force Choke movement broken

Summarize your bug Ever since Geonosis and Obi-Wan released, I and a few other players noticed that Vader's choke doesn't allow you to move with the people you are choking. That means you are not able to carry them off the ledges. If you try to move, only Vader moves but not the people he's force choking.

In what game mode did the bug occur? Heroes vs. Villains

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? 1) Force choke anyone 2) Try to walk with them
What happens when the bug occurs? The people that are choked remain in place while only Vader moves.
What do you expect to see? The choked characters should move as Vader walks.

I haven't seen this issue reported yet, so I wanted to make it known. It's not fun when you can't drag people off the ledges or move them to something like Bossk's mines.
