Can’t load into game
I get to the screen where you push a to start the game and then I get kicked out back to the Xbox Home Screen. Can you please help i haven’t been able to play in a week

OH MY GOD FINALLY I FOUND SOMEONE ELSE!!! I have had the exact same issue for months now! I was in a game when the screen went black and the game closed, and the issue you describe has been happening! I've spoken to Xbox and EA support with no help, but I've figured out it's something to do with my Xbox account and the game, because if I use a guest account I can get in, but obviously I didn't pay for Xbox game pass to be able to play online with that. Have you found out anything?

i had the same problem and just fixed it. hover over your game click the three line button on your controller go to manage game and add-ons go to saved data, and click on the one with your username, and then select delete everywhere after that it should let you log on. Hope this helps!
