Can't launch the game

so i have a decent pc(12700kf and rtx 3060) which used to(the gpu and storage) be able(albeit with a worse cpu which also crashed a bit in game not on launch) run this game ive tried to launch it before all the hype and now want to try again but both time's it didnt work im playing thru ea app with epic games it launches, i see a black screen then crashes. i tried everything i made a new windows user i disabled xmp i ran as admin i reinstalled i changed directx version in documents settings, there is a minidump which i read in visual studio and it says The thread tried to read from or write to a virtual address for which it does not have the appropriate access. the code is 0xc0000005 and i uplodaed the rest tl;dr it crashes on launch
