So I just installed Star Wars Battlefront 2 on Xbox one a couple of days ago but whenever I start it it says my EA account is disabled and credentials may have been expired. So I’ve been in contact with EA help chat. Tried everything they’ve told me to. Even told me to contact Microsoft and said it was their problem not EAs. And I did that as well, contacted Microsoft. They told me it was weird that EA help couldn’t locate my Gamertag. And yesterday after 3rd time in chat one of your helpers made me wait for more than 40 minutes before ending the chat. now I just want to play some Batlefront 2 with my kids and somehow the game suddenly won’t let me. Please help!

Hi @Mreow0,Not showing any record of either gamertag I'm afraid, I would recommend reaching out with an alternate form of finding the account such as the Email or purchase invoice again at http://bit.ly/EA_Contact_Us so we can get this escalated to the right teams. Unfortunately account issues are one of the things we cannot assist with over Answers HQ.

We have no record of that gamertag on our side, has the gamertag been changed by chance in the past?

Yes. it was “ Mr30w” before I changed it. I’ve spent the entire past two days googling and trying to find a solution for this and so far my only thinkable answer is......nothing. We have 5 Nintendo Switch in our household, we have 4 xboxes, and we have our ps4 consoles and PCs but this has never happened before. I’ve tried talking on the EA help chat, and I think it should be fixable if you could just locate my Gamertag.

But as of today I ask tried to add my secondary email to the same Xbox account just so that you could perhaps find that one. It’s [edit: email address removed]

@Mreow0 I'm having the exact same issue, but in my XBox Series X, last year I was able to play in my XBox One, but now I can't play online on my Series X, my Gamertag is @ranbeuer and it's getting frustrating.

I just downloaded apex and its saying my ea acc was disabled and I never had a ea acc on my xbox live acc except for the one I made 4 years ago which I no longer have could you guys pls help?
