EA support sucks :P

I had the problem whit the game battlefront II that it won't launch regardless how I tryed, it said  the game needs permissions, then I clicked on OK the process continued the I got an error massage that the game failed to launch and I shall try again later. I had redownloaded it and it didn't worked. Then the support guy (Pawan B) said I should recover the ea app, I did it and nothing happend i got the same error massage. After that he/she said I have to switch something off in windows, I did that too. After that the ea launcher said Background services crashed. The background services aren't responding...we're kicking off the update manually...  . I clicked on run update then nothig happend exept for a black window saying that ea app is up to date and exiting in 3,2,1. At that pint I couldn't even launch the ea app. Then he/she said that I should post it on their forum where I before found out that there's other people with the same problem as my first error. I said to him: please just explain why you can't help me, sent me this twice: Since I’ve already provided required information regarding this case, I am now ending this chat session. Thank you for contacting EA. He /She  then he ended the conversation.  

 After all of this I thinking about wheter is it was a bot or a real person.
