    Hey Potatoefamine51​,

    It sounds like you're linked to an old, disabled EA account. If you have any other email addresses you might have used to make it I'd recommend trying to reset the password via those, but otherwise you'll need to reach out to our live support team. They can take a look at this for you.

It's possible that at some point the account got disabled and you made a new EA account with the same email address. You can try changing the email on your current EA account to see if that lets you re-enable your account, but otherwise it might be easier to reach out to live support.
