You tried everything mentioned in this solution including contacting your ISP?
Also, you're starting the game from Steam, not directly via the EA app?
EA support agents walked me through all these. None worked. Really discouraging after 6 agents are like "yeah I can fix this" and then you start repeating agents...I kept a list of what I had done and they pretty much said "yeah good luck. Post of the forum, hope for the best..."
