No other games on EA has connection issues, I’ve got battlefield installed to check if it connects and it does without any issues at all.
In game there is no ping site, it is just blank, can’t interact with the ping site at all
None of the routers I have used require an update, and I’ve tried restarting them, I tried to launch from 3 different places that I have been able to play the game before in the past

Yeah, this is problematic. You're saying you don't see Default like shown below and you cannot use the arrows?
What country are you playing from? Are you using a VPN going through a different country?
Playing from Canada, usually playing without a VPN, but for this error I even tried playing WITH one and still did not work to any avail.

You're not connected, so it's not going to populate until you connect. You're saying clicking on the arrows for ping site does not do anything, yes?
I have spent hours sitting and pressing reconnect
You have to sometimes press connect not several times, but north of 20 times (not ideal). How many times in a row have you pressed connect without connecting?
You can give this a go...
This sometimes causes the game to rediscover the correct ping site.
Finally, and most importantly, make sure you've worked through each of the suggestions at Troubleshoot your connection to EA games. Don't skip anything. (It's a pain, I know.)

Yes, clicking on the arrows does absolutely nothing
I have sat down pressing connect consecutively over a hundred times, and I have done that a few times
I tried to disconnect while in the menu, then reconnect, and still it did not work, and I hit the "connect again" button exactly 52 times after trying this.
I have also gone through the entire EA troubleshoot, trying every single thing at least twice, and still none of it has worked.
