Hi, I have a rtx4070 and a 12th gen i5-12400f which is perfectly capable of running this game. But every single game, I just black screen the game crashes and then puts me back to my home screen on pc.
I’m running the game through the EA app.
if anyone could help me play the game, that would be great. I love the way the game plays and feels but I just can’t play. It’s driving me crazy.

Same issue, I think is a game problem not out computers. Only happens with this game.

Yeah. So basically I put every setting on low and I turned on direct x. People are saying to turn it off but as soon as I turned it on it started working fine and didn’t crash in a 3 hour session.

I just found a fix for it. at least it worked for me
The problem for me and most likely will be for you as we have similar specs was the new NVIDIA Graphics card drivers. Go onto the NVIDA website and download 576.28 drivers. This fixed all my problems,
