Having trouble loading up game

Hello please someone help me, every time I load up my game and go to log into my Xbox account to access the game the game will instantly quit application, tried everything 

reinstalling, resetting Xbox data, clearing game data, etc you name it I’ve tried it very annoying as I have a lot of time put into this account I even left the game for a month and hoped that it would fix itself.

any advice would be so helpful as I’m at my whits end lol
