@EA_David&nbsp;I experienced this problem, too. Here is a video I just recorded of the bug in action:&nbsp;https://youtu.be/CWynk5YOfMwThis occurred on 2018-01-03 at 22:55 US EST. I faced off against an enemy heavy trooper. We each threw our impact grenade. His killed me; mine bounced off a wall onto the floor, sat there for a moment, and then disappeared without ever exploding. The enemy heavy trooper never received any damage from my grenade. In case it is relevant, I did have a common/white rarity "Improved Impact Grenade" card equipped at the time.

I'm having similar issues on PS4. Sometimes the grenade doesn't do any damage, sometimes it bounces off walls and does nothing. Other times a grenade doesn't even get throw, particularly if you throw one directly after coming out sentry mode. The animation occurs but nothing gets thrown.&nbsp;
