I am having urgent issues loading into maps moving my hero

I am having urgent issues loading into maps or evening being able to move or see my characters or hear any sounds at all This started 2 weeks ago plus my game somtimes send me back to menue or dosent...

You're in the Library view and don't see repair? If so, please post a screen shot.
