Lost Progression

Recently connected my EA account to this game in doing so, I think it lost most of my progression. It reset half of my characters to beginner levels and it relocked all the weapons and attachments i had all unlocked and upgraded. I spent a decent amount fo time unlocking and progressing a lot of this game and all of my achievements seem to have been reset any idea on how i can get this back? My gamer card i think is pretty accurate but i dont know what else to do? I appreciate any suggestions.
