My digital copy of battlefront 2 on my ps4 is broken

I uninstalled the game within the last month. And now the download button doesn’t even show up. I have been in contact with PlayStation support. They said it was a game issue. I can’t remote download it and I can’t find any physical copies. when I press the try again button in the image attached, nothing happened.
