    I am unsure what is going on, can we get an update from EA? I have seen in many posts that people who are experiencing this issue also purchased your loot boxes. Could this be why the error exists? Were the star cards inside the paid loot boxes stored to a profile in a separate way? What about the original Error 2.495 and the original spam emote "I give up"? I mean I feel this board and its people (damn good people!) are giving you every bit of information possible to fix this. I have done 4 videos and posted them on Youtube myself and all of this seems to have been ignored by EA. PLEASE SOMEONE FROM EA, respond, please.  @EA_Mat @EA_Charlemagne @EA_Zoe @EA_Dave @EA_Atic @EA_David We need an answer!

    Yep no credits still. Duplicates still don't give credits. More salt, others now get more credits I don't. I really really hope EA starwars license gets pulled. This is so ridiculous. How can you say its fixed when everyone here still gets no duplicate credits.......Was this tested at all......But yeah thanks so much for a stupid cargo mode when a ton of us can't even progress........FU EA

    Dear EA, I am 12 year's old and have an allowence of $5 per week. I purchased the deluxe trooper special edition via the pre-buy options on Xbox game store. I had to have my parents give a credit card and then I handed them over 18 weeks of my saved up money and hard earned labor. I know everyone paid the same amount for the game and my amount was not more than peoples in the post.

    What I guess I am try to say in a message is that I gave up over 1/3 of a year of my allowence to get a game that from the start was absolutely brilliant to play, but has turned on me into a nightmare of scary dreams. It made me feel I had put my money to good use at first. Because I am limited to the time I can play the game (1 hour a night) and sometimes longer on the weekends. I thought purchasing some loot boxes would be smart beause I knew everyone would progress faster than me and I didn't want to be beat again and again by people with better players on their team. So I spend another $100 on a loot crate. This was like me spent a years worth of my money. I am not saying other people didn't work as hard as me for the money. I am only explaining it from my point of view. When I got the crystals, this helped me achive higher levels somewhat, even though I never got an epic item out a crate... is that really possible?

    After playing for a about another couple weeks or more we got the first patch that had the Last Jedi content in it. I was so excited to be able to download this patch and play the game that I ended up doing special chores for free that were outside my normal ones. Maybe a bribery to my parents. They allowed me to play all day the weekend after the patch was downloaded by me. One that weekend is where I started seeing that for some reason each crate I opened didn't give me credits for anything I was promised. I was supposed to get 200 for the common and 400 for the uncommon and 600 for the rare. I still don't believe that Epic comes from crates. But if I was ever to win lottery maybe.


    I see from many people here that they have differnt game playing ways. Computer, Xbox and PS4. I have an Xbox. I see maybe 2 people purchased crystal. So maybe that isn't because of that. But what is it that causes this issue? I have not been able to level up in the game at all. I have one game on my Xbox aside from some games downloaded from gold that I my cannot play because my parents said no, or just plain suck as games. I have no other option but ti play a game that isn't letting me move up in the game.

    I need someone to please say this will be fix today or tonight. I have seen the posts of game players here who have lost patience. I am a kid, I have no patience for this and now I have no money to even make a newer decision on a game. Why is this isn't not fixed?

    Still having the issue as well.  No compensation for lost credits either.  So many folks want this game to be great, and yet this bug that has lasted for months is driving these people away.  Like many others, I'm stepping away from this game, disappointed at such wasted potential.

    @Paodok Maybe I complained to much, but my entire UI progress was just removed from the Collection Menu. Dude like WTF!

    I cannot even post a video, at least as of yet... working on it though, OneDrive will not upload video. What a surprise with such a useless storage app. I've had DropBox for over a decade, yes over 10 years and not one issue or problem. OneDrive fails every second.

    @mysweetescape13  Maybe I am biased, but I don't think you have said anything anymore outlandish than others here. I think we are all super concerned about why no one is even answering us. If this effected 100% of the people like the progression error did, you can bet they would have fixed this already as they wouldn't be able to ignore this. Unfortunately for us and fortunately for them (EA), this is only being experienced by a small yet vocal group of the 3 platform systems they launched the game on. I am not sure why your UI would be removed. Let us know more if you can recover any of your saved information. I am confused by the deafening silence from EA after the initial few posts. Did someone in the office tell them, don't worry about it? Are we not important too? I think these are valid questions.

    @Paodok As I thought the "WHOLE POINT" of delivering this Patch 1.2 on a Week Day, Monday February 19th 2018 was so that we, the "PLAYERS" would have support. Obviously that is not the case since 3:30am PT 6:30am ET when most gamers were already playing with the newly installed update. It was President's Day, perhaps EA took the whole day off for a job well done.. 

    And I again would like to praise @DarkKorg for an outstanding post.

    People like me who have spent hundreds of hours of playing (I am now sitting over 275,000 credits, rank 50 for weeks, can’t count the number of purple cards i have, etc.) are even more frustrated than ever. Because not only we are not getting the credits for duplicate cards, but people who do not have the issue are now getting even more credits for duplicate cards. Sounds like Dr. Evil has planned all this.

    In my world (25+ years of R&D, CG publications, graphics programming and team leading), software bugs are spotted, corrected and the result is triple checked, by developer, product specialist and QC engineers.
    In my world, QC actually means something and it is incredibly useful.
    In my world, when I say a critical bug is corrected, it actually really is or clients gets upset and someone get fired.
    In my world, all the source code go through what is called unit tests to ensure that fixing something doesn’t break something else in the code.
    In my world, when company employees communicate -publicly- about having fixed a (critical) bug, and it appears that it is not been fixed, someone get fired to try to avoid his company the supreme humiliation of being perfectly assimilated to an unprofessional and incompetent structure.

    Unfortunately, this is only in my world. EA lives in another one and keeps « investigating ».

  • @EA_DavidI just made a video after noticing a few odd things that have been around since patch 1.1 I believe. They are crystal reward items that every once in a while show a "Claim Reward" in the Milestone menu in between rounds. This was something that I made screenshots of and thought it wasn't important. But maybe it is. The video is short and is mostly me counting the crystals I should have total. Which was 390? Minus the 100 I have I should have a total of 290 spent on crystal crates which are in value of 110 120 and 200. I am no math genius, but I don't see a way to total that correctly.

  • Just tried opening a purchased crate.  Three duplicates.  First one showed the credits awarded, other two did not.  All credits were gone when I backed out to main menu.  So still no dups giving credits at all.  Tried restarting the console before I logged in (hard boot XB1).  No changes.  I will say I did like the 60 crafting parts instead of 50 so that's something I guess.

  • C'mon EA.  Get your #*@! together.  Duplicate credits still not being allotted.  If I didn't know better, I'd say they were doing this on purpose.

    I am still not getting credits for duplicates.  This has been happening for the past 5 weeks.

  • So, can we have an update for this, with a correct date when it'll be fixed? This time, it won't cut it with that the team knows the issue and is working on it. Several people have had the problem since November. You've said that so many times already.  In any other area where a problem like this persists, and with no fixes in sight, for such a long time, it would have been escalated into priority mode. Just because not all suffer from this, and it could even just be a minority getting this, it's nonetheless a game-breaking bug for us that do suffer from it.

    i just leveled up and the credits I should have received weren't added to my balance!!!😠😠😠 ... this must be like the 5th or 6th time this has happened to me. I getting really tired of my not receiving what I am owed! It is incredibly frustrating to work for 2 days or more on a level and loose 3k credits on a "bug". I'm done... it's a shame really, I actually loved this game ☹️

    Glad to see (Temporary) Jetpack Mode took precedent over this glitch.
    I only play Starfighter Mode so im lucky in a sense all my credits/crafting goes on just ships....but i could of crafted half my Hero/villain ships by now. For those who play all modes...i feel your pain!! Its just UNACEPTABLE!!

    Vengeful 421 I know exactly how you feel the cost of games and a yearly sub to PS network means maybe 3 games a yr for me

    IM gonna just log in daily until its fixed no more grinding for 35 crafting parts if by chance its not fixed by months end I'm going to look into getting my money back and abandoning yet another beloved star wars game due to this company .

  • If you guys push this issue until the progression overhaul Im going to be livid. I'm not one for boycotting publishers in video games... but at 40 years old better late than never.
  • Any word on this other than that the team is aware of the issue and is working on it mantra?
