Received an Empty Trooper Victory Crate for 'Team Player' challenge

Summarize your bug Completed the 'Team Player' timed challenge and received a 'Trooper Victory Crate'. However, the crate was completely empty. It said 'reveal,' as if there was something there, but clicking did nothing.
What is your gamertag/PSN ID/EA Account name? MAND0KARLA
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Can you tell us the date (MM/DD/YYYY) that you saw the bug? 03/27/2018
What time did you see the bug? (HH:MM AM/PM) 11:30pm
In what game mode did the bug occur? Galactic Assault
What is your time zone? EST (IET) - GMT - 5:30
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Earn the reward.
What happens when the bug occurs? Earn crate, open crate, empty.
What do you expect to see? A replacement crate, or the contents, should they be the same in every crate.

Received an empty trooper victory crate... Pretty simple.

    Happened to my hubby.  Since I got the crate the normal way, I told him to check his collection page to see if the officer got anything.  Turns out he DID get the appearance reward, just the animation of the cards appearing in the crate was missing.  All that was in the crate was the officer appearance card for me, and he got it even though he didn't see the card.  So check under your officer to see if you got the new appearance.

    Same thing happened to me on PS4 Pro. 

    However, checking Officer Appearance you can select the Rodian now, BUT it still does NOT show up in the game and you still are human. It is yet ANOTHER glitch with this crate. Yes, I have the Rodian Appearance selected in Collections, but when I play in Galactic Conquest I am still human. Essentially, it doesn't work.

    Yep just happened to me too!!! WTF DICE!!! every time they change a line of code to fix something, they f@#K up 10 other things!!!

    The Rodian appearance only happens if you are a Rebel, so only maps with Rebels vs. Imperials, such as Endor.  (not sure if that is your problem, but maybe you were playing a different faction?)

    As above - the display is buggy - but you get the rewards anyways.  Go to the officer appearance and you'll see it.

    Display shouldn't be buggy of course, but rewards are good.

    The display error is a known bug listed here. But as others mentioned, it should work fine - it did for me. And yes, this is a Rebel-only appearance.
