Requesting a Refund
Hi, I am posting here hoping that someone can help me.
I purchased Battlefront 2 Celebration Edition whatever last night hoping to play it, but it was not visible in my library after waiting an hour and clearing cache and attempting other possible fixes on the EA App. I have the email receipt and it shows on my EA order history, but now at the time of this writing, it is still not present in my library. On the Game Hub, it shows that I own it. And whenever I try to use the Refund Tool, no eligible games show up.
At this point, I have no interest in playing in the game through the EA App. Can I please get a refund?
