Server Issues on Sydney Australia

Hello I host private games for a small Australian community and recently we have been experiencing server crashes on the Sydney Australian servers. We will have 8 people in call playing together and all 8 of us will get kicked from the heroes vs villain game and when I check my friends list of over 100 people anyone else who was in a game will get booted menus as well would it be possible to have someone look into this issue?
