Some of my skins for clone troopers are missing..

So i was recently playing battlefront 2 on my playstation 4, and i saw a video of players having 212th airborne skin but for some reason i didn't have it. I tried re-downloading battlefront 2 with celebration edition,

 and restoring my licenses but still didn't work. Is it a console limitations or a rare bug?
