STAR CARDS WONT UPGRADE!!!!!!!!

Summarize your bug Can not upgrade star cards even though the prequisets are unlocked and i accualy had to go into the craft menu and into charitor cards to unlock 1 card had over 400 scrap when this occurs.., most of the time nothing works i was just lucky...... FIX IMEDIATLY PLZ!!!!! i cant rank up any one the only cards i can use are the rare ones from crates it wont let me unlock the grey bar common ones and upgrade them... eventhough im level 11 and my stats over rank what i need for upgrades. pics below... i was able to upgrade 1 thats all even when i had 400 scrap i couldnt upgrade any of these cards..

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? play the game and figure it out or look at my screen shots...
What happens when the bug occurs? cant unlock and upgrade star cards.

@EA_David Upgrades now working after ranking to level 12 (problems started on rank 10). I still can't claim a few rewards, but at least the upgrade is now working.

@EA_David, unable to upgrade Palpatine cards for the past week or so.

Level 13, 600+ crafting parts. Any recommendation for how to fix on XB1?

@D3adeye96 Thanks for the post. Can you post a screenshot of the upgrade screen? Is it just Palpatine that is locked for you?

Hey @EA_David, thanks for the response. Screen attached, and yes looks like it's just Palpatine.

As you can see have crafted all his cards but can't upgrade any of the grays.

Still having this issue. I hope DICE fixes this is their upcoming bug fix.

Same here. I lucked into the upgraded card I wanted in a crate but I still can't upgrade my grays through the normal process.

I’m having the same issue. Card unlock says level 15 for class level and overall rank. I’m level 16 on both with 810 crafting points and can’t update cards. Can’t believe something so essential to gameplay would be broken with a game that has been out for over 3 months
