Star Wars Battlefront 2 Access Issue

I'm wondering if anyone has encountered this issue, I've chatted with three separate live agents and none of them have been able to figure it out. I have PC gamepass and through it, an ea play subscription. This should give me access to the celebration edition but, per my screenshot, it say I do not own it and I don't have access.

Originally, I had the base game through epic. Some time ago I deleted my epic account; I no longer wish to use that launcher. I unlinked my ea account from my epic account before doing that.

When I came back to this game to play, it would only try to open the epic launcher, which is not installed. I was unable to play through gamepass. I chatted with an agent, and he said he saw the epic version in my account and would manually revoke my entitlement to that game version, and said that would work. I agreed.

Now, the game refuses to download with gamepass. Chat agents confirmed the accounts are properly linked (I unlinked and relinked them), had me do a clean reboot, clear the app cache, log in log out, they made some changes to my account library, and still the game will not download and will not recognize that I should have access.

At this point I don't think the live agents can do anything (or don't know what to do) to resolve this. It's been hours of troubleshooting with them. Is there a further way to escalate the issue, or has anyone here encountered something similar?

My best guess, is something broke on the backend when the first chat agent revoked the entitlement to the free epic version of the game.
