Still having same problem game won’t launch at all tried everything

Oh my god I found someone else!!! I have had this problem! I haven't been able to get onto the game for months now! After speaking with Xbox and EA support I was told to make a post here, which I did 2 months ago. I've been looking out for someone else! For me, when I go onto the game and press A to log in with my account it freezes then goes back to the home screen 

It's not an issue with your account. EA just hasn't offered a solution because they don't care. It's as simple as that. When the game isn't being worked on, they expect you to pay for a game that *might* work 

Honestly it’s a joke I’ve got the exact same problem man, I feel like my accounts been frozen or hacked but I’ve had the same outcome as you and no response, so much time put into the game as well 😂

Part of me thinks it’s the quick resume that’s damaged something bf2 has always been laggy when loading back onto 

I found that if I loaded the game with a guest account I could get into the game, but obviously I have neither all my progress nor my Xbox live subscription on that account 

Same problem on Pc. I've been trying to work it out the the Epic Game Store support but they've clearly showed me that the error is on EA's side.

No solution from any other post has worked, only thing left is reinstalling windows at this point lmao.

same problem on pc have it on epic games and ea app wont launch it. and ofc EA dont care thx them for nothing
