SW Battlefront 2 - verify licence/ padlocked

Hello, since last week I have been unable to play this game (although it worked perfect before). There is now a padlock next to the game name and I was receiving an error message telling me to verify the license. I verified the licence multiple times and nothing. The messages changed to "can't use this content. Can't connect to the server to verify your licence. Wait a while and then try again." I have been back and forth in contact with PlayStation and EA and no one can help me. I've been told to start a discussion. Please can anyone help me as it's super hard trying to speak to an advisor!
