I'm having trouble with Star Wars Battlefront 2. When I try to launch the game, I get the message "You need a new application to open the link com.epicgames.launcher." I've already tried clearing the...

before I also played it in the EA app

If you bought from EA before and are trying to play on Epic now, you'll likely need your account untangled. See this.

Still having the account linked from epic games to EA app, I still get the same message, but now that I've installed the Epic Games launcher opens the epic games launcher.

Also in the Epic Games, it shows to me that I haven't bought the game yet.

Does that have anything to do with it?

    If you bought it from Epic, yes. You will need to contact their support.
