I've bought the game for Xbox One from an online retailer and not through the Microsoft Store, On that platform/console I have EA Access. The price was much cheaper with retailer coupons than EA Access 10% off, so I've gone that route. Now my question is: How am I going to claim EA Access cosmetics for the game per https://twitter.com/EAAccess/status/1193958401874653184
I think I should be able to get these even though I didn't buy from Microsoft Store since I have it on the console, but how?

I can clarify that.
If you are an EA Access (Xbox One, PlayStation 4) or Origin Access subscriber then these exclusive cosmetics automatically unlock for you in-game. You don't have to do anything extra!
- @Straatford87 Thank you kindly.
And if I am not a subscriber but also bought pre ordered the game how to I access the cosmetics?
Hi I preordered Star Wars Jedi fallen order (deluxe edition) and I don’t have the orange lightsaber. Is there something I need to do to get it?

I'm also having this problem - I preordered PC standard from in-store (Australia, JB Hi Fi), and purchased the deluxe upgrade from Origin. The red skins from Deluxe have come through fine, but I cant find anything else. Thanks for any help!
Same issue, missing both campaign hilts, the orange saber and Bee-D 1/mantis gold skins. PS4 Deluxe edition preorder from EB Games, NZ.
You need to find A workbench to mod it
Mines pre ordered from EB Games Australia for Xbox one console. Hopefully there’s a way of fixing this issue. I might try to go in to eb games tomorrow but I doubt they will be any help. Thanks for your replies
