I preordered the deluxe edition of Star Wars Jedi fallen order and only have some of the bonuses. I didn’t get the orange lightsaber. Is there something I have to do to get it? The code I have only mentions crimson bd-1 cosmetic skin, crimson mantis cosmetic skin, digital art book and directors cut.
I recommend using twitter in resolving the issue. It really worked! I was able to get the pre-order code after contacting Amazon Help on it. They were much more attentive than the actual Help section on their web site!
Will the orange saber and other preorder items be put into the game for everyone at some point?
So, I just received another code from Amazon. The first email I got earlier this morning looks to be what I should've received on launch day. The second is from the customer service rep that was looking into the issue for me.
I preordered on PSN and didn’t get it. I spent hours going back and forth with EA on Twitter and eventually they said they can’t do anything and I needed to contact Sony because I bought it on PSN. Then I spent the last 3 hours arguing with Sony customer support who says they can’t do anything and it’s in EA’s hands. There is literally nothing I can do. This is a disaster.
Hello I have the same problem with my pre-order bonuses. i didnt get my lightsaber and other content. I'm from Romania, so i bought the game from Altex, an romanian retailer. I send to you the date of purchase and the prove that my lightsaber is missing.Also i send to you 1 copy of my facture as proof of purchese. To mention my game is on PS4, PSN Name Anonymus2093

Is not only Amazon, i pre-order it on GameStop and they just gave me 1 code.
I have to download content and updates outside of my house because I don't have internet access. When I did have my Xbox online, I was able to get the bonus content, even crafted a new lightsaber. Progressed a bit, but didn't go to a save point to save the game. When I got home and started playing the game, my lightsaber was reverted to the starting saber and I didn't have my pre-order content in the saber crafting menus. What happened? Do I need an internet connection to be able to use the pre-order stuff?
