I pre ordered the Deluxe version of Fallen Order from GameStop. I received the code inside the case for the art book, 90 minute behind the scenes, and crimson skins for BD1 and mantis. But did not get another code for the orange lightsaber,hilts, and skins. Their site says I should have gotten a receipt with the code when I picked up the game, but didn’t and the code wasn’t on the two receipts I already have. They told me there was nothing they could do and to contact EA or Sony for help. What do I do?
- @ArmyDog68W Did you try sony? It looks like EA does what EA does best, take customer money, screw them over and don't answer questions.

Sorry to hear about the trouble you're experiencing with your pre-order content. I sadly don't have anything to add other than what you already know. But I'll go ahead and confirm that for you so you know where to go from here.
It sounds like you do need to save the game to be able to continue to use the unlocked content.
Any pre-order codes will come for your retailer. If there's anything that you are missing be sure to hit them up again. We are unable to grant this pre-order content ourselves.
- @Straatford87 I was wondering if I should have hit a save point. Seems logical, from a certain point of view. Thanks for the response. I can try that tomorrow and will let you know what happens. Should have an answer by Friday night, latest Monday when I get back to the shop.

I know that PlayStation 4 has a "restore licenses" option. This helps if you have trouble using content that you've previously unlocked, such as in your scenario.
I did some searching, but couldn't actually find this option for Xbox One. I think it might be there though - something to check out for you as well.
- @Straatford87 I was able to get my content back, but it only appears in my inventory when I am online! I took my xbox offline and the content disappeared.
- @johnythelast Managed to get my code! Had to go to the store in person and they were able to sort me out
- @johnythelast Cool. Glad someone got theirs. I was told by customer support to uninstall and reinstall from game disc and that my issue was a sync error. Doesn’t sound right to me.

I preordered Star Wars: Jedi Fallen Order PC version on 14 June 2019 from cd.keys.com and got the code on 12 November 2019 but it didnt include the code for the bonus content which was descriped in the description of the game .
Did anybody preordered the game or bought it from cd.keys and got their preorder bonus content. I am sorry for my bad english it's not my native language. I see that many of you didnt get their bonus content with the preorder and most of you guys bought the game from amazon,or best buy but it happens even with the preorders from other retailers. What happened god not the retailers get the preorder bonuses codes from Ea to send them to their customers or is it something else ?
