I preordered the deluxe edition of Star Wars Jedi fallen order and only have some of the bonuses. I didn’t get the orange lightsaber. Is there something I have to do to get it? The code I have only mentions crimson bd-1 cosmetic skin, crimson mantis cosmetic skin, digital art book and directors cut.
@EA_Atic i have been in the workbenches in-game but cant find the pre-order bonuses anywhere (not in customization menu or workbench) however, i bought this game via and it does say that it is the pre order version of the key, but they sent me a picture of the key, so is there a seperate pre order key?

Are you seeing "premium content" in the customization menus?

For any pre-order content you'll get the codes from your retailer. Once redeemed the codes on your platform, you'll be able to find the content in-game as described by @jmordreddev

I have preorder the Delux version as well. Came to my first work bench didn’t have anything. Not sure what’s going on, tried restarting playin through a little bit and nothing.
On the PS4 console where can is the option to redeem these codes??

Lightsaber skins are found at workbenches throughout the world. You'll also find one on the Mantis.
