I pre-ordered a physical copy from Walmart and never got the bonuses
I own the Deluxe edition and have had no issues with the bonus content.
Try restoring the licenses on your PS4 then try again that might help.
Also do you know what the bonus content is and where to look for it?

If anyone is on PS4 and has redeemed their code on the Playstation Store but still does not have the orange lightsaber, using the Restore License feature should help you.

Sadly, no. Please contact your retailer to receive the pre-order codes.
I submitted help request with Amazon on Friday night or Sat morning. Got the response below from Amazon via email late on Saturday. Sounds like Amazon is trying to get it fixed.

- @EA_Tomleroyjames2008 I also preordered and only had blue and green color only, no orange. At the end of the game, I unlocked all 5 - 6 colors.
But this is the cause of most people’s problem. Their retailer did not get enough codes to give out.
I too pre-ordered the game through Amazon and have not receieved any pre-order bonus. I have a complaint into Amazon, who told me Saturday that they need 3-5 business days to research the problem.
I am going back-and-forth with the twitter @EAHelp and they seem to think its all Amazon's fault for not giving out the codes.
