I preordered the deluxe edition of Star Wars Jedi fallen order and only have some of the bonuses. I didn’t get the orange lightsaber. Is there something I have to do to get it? The code I have only mentions crimson bd-1 cosmetic skin, crimson mantis cosmetic skin, digital art book and directors cut.

I'll add my name to the list, I also pre-ordered the game on Amazon and only received the code for the game, there was no other code included, and no mention of the pre-order bonuses.
Same issue here. I keep going back & forth with Amazon & EA. Not getting anywhere. One tells me to contact the other. Any advice on what to do or when this would be fixed? I just want to know that they are at least looking into this
At the time I pre ordered my copy, I had to have it ship to home. The retailer tells me they are unable to print codes and there were no codes with the game when it was delivered, besides the deluxe code - no pre order bonus.
Amazon is clueless as the what a pre-order code is and they are not helping with getting it. This is very frustrating as I assume they are one of the larger retailers to sell the game.
I'm having the same exact issue. Ordered the game back in May from Amazon, did not receive a code for pre order bonuses.
I spoke with Amazon on Friday and they said the code would be sent within 24 hours. 24 hours passed, so I called again and they told me once more, wait 24 hours.
Finally, I called this morning only to learn that no tickets had been filed and I'd have to wait potentially several days. I then started a chat session this morning and got the "wait 3-5 business days" response. The care agent I chatted with was emphatic that the issue would be resolved and that I should trust that they will get it sorted out.
I also spoke with EA and they basically said that they can't generate codes for the Playstation store, but they can for PC editions of the game that are registered with Origin. Frustrating for me, but might help if you are trying to get the bonus for the PC version.
I've heard other people have this sort of issue with Amazon pre orders in the past, and they usually do come through from what I've read. I am frustrated (and checking my email a lot) because I love the game and I'm a sucker for customization, but at least the responses we are getting are all consistent.

I preordered the standard PC edition August 13 from Amazon. I received and activated the game on release day, but did not get the pre-order bonus code either in the box or via email. I've been chatting and getting the runaround with Amazon. Now waiting on a chat with EA. (update: no joy from EA chat rep either.)
This sounds like a wide enough problem that EA and Amazon need to have a chat with each other and do a wholesale fix.
I order my Deluxe edition through the online store Fnac.pt (a retailer here in Portugal) and choose the option to pick it up at the store about a month before the game came out. I picked the game up however when I came home and opened it up there was only a code for the deluxe edition content and none for the Pre-order content. I though maybe it would be unlocked automatically, but after playing through a few hours and having access to the deluxe edition content unlocked in-game I realized it wasn't the case. I play it on PS4 and I'd like to have some help on what to do, thanks for the help in advance! (My PSN ID is xico113 in case that helps)
