Missing purchased Season pass and DLCS from Star Wars Battlefront

I logged into my EA account to play Star Wars Battlefront and received a notification that my battlepass, along with all following DLC had been removed. I don't understand why this was the case and I'd like to have access to my content again. Is there a way to contact support? Has this happened or been resolved for anyone else?

Hi there, I'm sorry to hear about that.

Usually, when content like this is removed, it's because it was part of a subscription, such as EA Play, that has expired/ended.

If that's not the case and you purchased the content previously, please reach out to EA Help for further assistance:
