More Hutt Contract Issues- Kills Not Registering, purchased contracts reset
Bottom Line up Front:
1. Hutt Contracts are purchasable, but buying them immediately locks them and they need to be bought again and it takes your credits.
2. I managed to complete one of the Hutt Contracts but it locked again the next time I logged in and now no progress can be made towards any of the contracts.
3. Challenges are now blank.
4. All non challenge or H Contract progress (ie. normal kills and deaths / victories and loses etc)register while I'm playing and logged in, but if I exit the game and turn my PS4 off and enter the game again, it's like nothing happened.
5. It seems to be related to my account, the same happens on two different PS4's.
5a. If another player uses either of those same playstations on the same network and logs in and plays - their account shows challenges and contracts and progress can be made as normal.
6. When I attempt to view my account's information in the Star Wars Battlefront Companion App for the iOS I can play the game, view my stats, and use all of the features of the app without any issues, with the exception of the Hutt Contract Section. It shows that there is a 'Technical Error' and then kicks me back out to the APP's main menu.
6. Behold the narrative version:
After the OR update posted I checked the HC's out and bought all of the first tier contracts. I had the first contract unlocked, and all but 2 of the targeting rifle kills needed for the second contract. So even though I purchased all of the first tier HC's and then when I logged in the next day, all of the contracts were no longer showing as registered or purchased and all of my money was still spent. I even bought a couple of them again and they don't unlock but my money definitely disappears.
I managed to get the first blaster pistol (DL-18?) unlocked but the contract looks like I never bought it.
On top of that all of my normal challenges are blank too and I never get the daily challenge prompt when I log in anymore. I have the PS4 version of the game on a vanilla system that's up to date. In the same house my wife plays on another PS4 - often at the same time - and her account has no problems, except that after each round of gameplay it always shows previous unlocked H contracts but not her progress on the ones she's currently working on. We always play together and have 200-300 hours of battlefront logged and we haven't had any technical issues like this until this patch was released. Now it's it's a pity that none of my progress gets logged and it acts like I'm not even playing the game because I can play for hours and get hundreds of kills but when I log back in it's like I didn't do anything.
Also, we both bought Vader Edition Ps4's and Deluxe Edition Battlefronts w/ Season Passes and activated them properly. Please let me know of any further details would help.
