No. I just got the new PC. As I said, I did all of the TS steps required with no effect.

Hey @Lordoraan,
What is the specific error that you're getting?
And when you mention that you've tried all troubleshooting steps required, which steps do you mean exactly? - Lordoraan4 years agoNew Rookie
I uninstalled EA Beat App and am now trying to use the Orgin App. The steps I took are clearing cache, clean reboot, uninstalling game & reinstalling, repairing game, multiple reboots, starting Orgin and game in admin mode, running CCleaner.

Hey @Lordoraan,
Thanks for the info.
Can you try to install the Media Feature Pack from Microsoft to see if that solves the issue? It seems like this was a solution in the past for these kinds of errors, but more common on Windows 10. I wonder if it'll also work on Windows 11.
You can download it from here.
Step by step:
- Download & install the latest version
- Reboot PC
- Open the EA app again & repair the game
- See if you can launch the game without error
Hope to hear from you.
