3 years after launch, BUGS

Cutscene after the Senator's Yacht is bugged.

So bugged, it completely shuts down the game.

I tried restarting the game, ejecting the disk, restarting the PS5, frantically checking for updates.

Nothing worked. 

I barely even started playing.

Solutions, anyone?

    after the third restart, it worked.

    note: please let users skip the starting endless logos just in case they need to restart a game 3 times in a row
