Lucrehulk Core elevator platform missing

The Lucrehulk Core elevator platform is still missing — two years after release — and it’s preventing full access to the Forward Control Tower, which blocks 100% completion of the game.

This bug has been known and discussed across forums since 2023. I’ve restarted the game, tried all the usual workarounds (dying near the elevator, fast travel, travel to another planet and back, enemy resets, relaunching, etc.) and nothing works.
