Ball BUG Cere Mission on Jedha

Hi

While playing with Cere on Jedha, I have to stop the walkers at some point. After climbing and killing enemies, I know I'm supposed to push a ball and open a door. But the command doesn't appear, and after multiples restarts of the game and my PS4, I'm still stuck...
