Bedlam Raider Veteran attack unable to escape/always fatal

Yes, I can confirm as well. Given how long the animation is, I guarantee there supposed to be a QTE there, to allow to take some damage but escape the grapple. (just like those big Yeti like enemies, the Mogu, they grab you, but you can cut off their arm, still take some damage, but at least you escape the grip and not eat the whole damage)
