Bug during dead

Hello everyone 

I pre order the game jedi survivor on my xbox. I paid the initial price. I played the story once(it was great) but after i tried to play it again on new game (not new game +) i experience a huge bug. 

Every time my character dies on respawn the customisation of cal bd1 and lightsaber changes COMPLETELY. On top of that the damage recheived stucks on full although i play it on the easiest (i reduced that much to check it.) I tried to contact someone about it but no one responded. 

I tried to fix it buy uninstall and re install. Nothing 

I also drained the xbox battery as someone told me nothing 

I also re installed the game one year after the bug started again nothing. 

Can someone please help me.
