Came crashes after storm on Jedha and I can’t progress - PS4

Playing Jedi Survivor on PS4. I went through the scene where you ride the animal through the storm to the Cere’s base. When I arrived at Cere’s base my game crashed as my character fell through the floor and I died. I then respawned pre storm, got on one of the animals and went to the path to Cere’s base however I cannot access it as there is a wall there - see video. My game has now saved so I cannot go back to before the storm cutscene (which needs to happen for me to be able to ride the path to Cere’s base). I don’t believe there is a way to restart the entire world? Other than that I can’t think of anything other than restarting the entire game which is a joke.
