CANT INSTALL JEDI SURVIVOR

Today i played jedi survivor and the game crush on me after that i tried to open the game again but it said that suddenly i dont have access to the game so i uninstalled the game to try to install it again but it was stuck in preparing and then said download error

anyone can help i cant download the game

I'm having a problem with downloading this game via the EA app

I've tried all known troubleshooting methods, still nada 

I bet the reply will be check my internet, local admin, clear cache bla bla bla

Perhaps it’s time to consider that there might be issues with the app, especially since I’ve seen similar problems reported by other users.

after trying other games (and sims 4 because its free)  in EA play none seem to work( they get stuck on preparing and then the error message) but for some reason i can download apex legends 

Also tried  to create a new account and to see if i can download sims 4 there just to see if the problem is in my account, and the problem is not occurring in the account and i was able to download sims 4.

Any one know a fix for this? I need my main account I cant play

Hi Everyone, 

If you are running into issues installing Jedi Survivor via the EA app, give the following steps a try first. 

• Try running the EA app as an Admin
• Clear EA App's Cache (Top Left Menu > Help > App Recovery) 
• Connection and Advance Connection Guides 
• Check for other applications that may be limiting EA App or Game performance
• Close other running applications on your device
• Run the System File Checker tool, then Check for Windows and GPU updates  
• Restart your device in Clean Boot mode first then try again.
