Thanks for all the additional info geekskii.
Based on the dxdiag you've attached, it looks like Jedi Survivor is actually launching and then crashing (multiple APPCRASH entries), rather than failing because of any particular Epic/EA account issues. It also shows several EA app hangs and EALaunchHelper process crashes which could mean the EA app installation or one of its supporting components may be corrupted.
It's also worth noting your GTX 1060 is below the minimum requirements (GTX 1070 8 GB), though that alone typically wouldn't cause the EA app launch helper to crash.
The next things I'd try would be:
- Fully uninstall and clean-reinstall the EA app
- Uninstall EA app
- Remove/delete:
- %LocalAppData%\Electronic Arts\EA Desktop
- %ProgramData%\EA Desktop
- Reinstall EA app
- Temporarily disable background programs or overlays such as SteelSeries Sonar, OBS, MSI Afterburner/RTSS, Overwolf, etc.
- Delete or rename %LOCALAPPDATA%\SwGame to rebuild Survivor's configuration files.
