- Select Persistent Storage > Clear Persistent Storage
- Alternate Mac:

I've never received an error message. Most times the game hasn't even fully rendered, but I play anyway. It will typically crash within seconds of gameplay, game screen will be full of multiple colors like the graphics have failed, then it cuts to a black screen before returning me to the Xbox home screen. I have tried adjusting all of the game graphics to the most basic settings, I've uninstalled and reinstalled the game, I've deleted all saved game file information, restarted my Xbox, ensured all updates have been downloaded, etc. I've tried it all. I have the digital game, not the physical disc version.
More maintenance needs to be done on this game. This only happens with this game and one other digital game I own. All other disc and digital titles I own work fine.
