Desert Passages door wont open

Product: STAR WARS Jedi: Survivor
Platform:Steam-PC
Summarize your bug Door in desert passages wont open. Its a green door that says "Open Path" but when i walk towards it it wont open, and ive tried looking up if im doing something wrong but nowhere says any extra steps, everyone else just walks up to it and it opens. Ive finished the game and am getting collectables but theres a chest behind this door that i cant reach
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Im not sure what caused it it just wont open for me
What happens when the bug occurs? The door wont open
What do you expect to see? The door opening

I cant find out why it wont open, its the last collectable i need at ceres base. Ive restarted, ive verified files, i dont know what else to do.

    I have also had this problem and I am playing on PS5. I have completed everything else in Jedha, except this door won't open.

    The door is opened by using the ball tracks midway up on either side of the room.

    @Caterix_Diamayr I JUST figured this out bc i finally found a video showing this. This "bug" can be chopped up to me being dumb, but i watched like 12 other videos read so many guides and theyre all just like "yep the door should just open up when you walk to it" and i thought i was going mental. Thank you for the help though, even if i didnt see this in time im hoping someone else will see it and be helped.
