Game-breaking bug: softlock at Forest Array – Unable to progress

I’m currently playing Star Wars Jedi: Survivor on PlayStation 5 Pro (PS5Pro), and I’ve encountered a game-breaking bug in the Forest Array section on Koboh.

After reaching the area where a large creature is supposed to spawn and break the roof (to open a passage), nothing happens. The monster doesn’t spawn, the roof doesn’t break, and I’m completely stuck. There is no way to progress further.

In addition:

• Enemies do not react to me and I cannot damage them either.
• I take no damage from environmental hazards (like the red dust zone).
• Previously unlocked shortcuts are now closed again and won’t reopen.
• The game autosaved in this broken state, and loading the latest “safe” save still brings me back to the same issue.
• I tried restarting from a meditation point, reinstalling the game, changing difficulty — nothing helps.
• Fast travel and returning to the Mantis are not available from my current position.
