Game perma crashes after reaching Jedha

Hello,

I just got to Jedha in Star Wars Jedi: Survivor and my game now will permanently crash after being in the game for around a minute or so regardless of the path I go on.

I contacted EA support and they told me to clear my game's and device's cache, which I have done, they also told me to update my C++ in the Redist file of the game but both 64 and 86 installs failed, and they told me to update my graphics card, which I have.

The bug is still there and I am no longer able to proceed in the game and stuck till they fix this bug.

    I have the same bug. I've already been to Jedha some times and it worked well. Now I am close to the end of the game and must return to Jedha but after quiting hyperspace and arriving on Jedha, I think a video sequence begins to launch and the game crashes. 
    It happens each time I try but at your difference JadalCure, I can still go somewhere else and the game works fine. But I cannot finish it now ....
