game won't open/launch

I bought the game yesterday and can't open it.  Every time I try to launch the game, it doesn't open, and it sends a message "an error on our end occurred". How can I fix it? I have an AMD Ryzen 5 5600X, 16 GB RAM, 1060 GTX 6GB

  • I went through all the common fixes, but nothing worked until I rolled back to an older NVIDIA GeForce driver (581.80). That completely resolved the issue for me—might be worth trying if you're stuck.
