Glitch has me stuck on Shattered Moon - PS5

I'm stuck on proceeding on the Shattered Moon.  As part of the story, I have to return there.  The Mantis lands, and I go over to the elevator, but i can't trigger it by simply walking or jumping on it.  The only way to go anywhere is to take a zip line which takes me to a few bots.  They shoot at me, but the "bullets" just go right through me and have no effect.  If they throw a grenade at me, the grenade does some damage.

I tried fast travelling to another meditation point on the moon, but it gives me the same problems.  I've tried other planets, and they seem to work ok.

I have quit the game and restarted it.  I have also restarted my PS5 in safe mode and rebuilt the database and none of these things helped.  I don't subscribe to PS Plus so I don't think I have more than the one save file.

What can I do?  I've put a lot of time into this game and don't want to have to start it again.
