Grappling hook not appearing in mission: rescue zee from the Lucrehulk

This is still an issue. 

I have the same issue and I tried to desinstall and nothing. On my ps5pro also. I expect them to fix it soon! Otherwise I will expect full refund on the game I purchased!

FIX

1. FAST TRAVEL AWAY TO COMPLETELY  DIFFERENT AREA
2. ENTER COMBAT(YOU SHOULDNT BE ABLE TO DEAL OR TAKE DAMAGE DUE TO BUG
3. RUN AWAY AND PULL UP MAP
4. PLACE ALL BEACONS AND REMOVE ALL AT ONCE IN MAP
5. HEAD BACK TO AREA AND IF LIGHTNING BLOCK IS STILL THERE MAKE SURE BODE GETS PROMPT TO REMOVE BEFORE CONTINUING. 
6. ENEMIES SHOULD NOW SPAWN BEFORE BROKEN GRAPPLE AND AFTER DEFEATING GRAPPLE SHOULD WORK

wow, by far the only FIX to one of these random game breaking bugs THAT ACTUALLY WORKED!! Thank you so much beautiful person. 

So what if when trying to do this you got all your beacons stuck a billion meters away and can't place anymore nor remove them? :(
